Beauty & The Boss

Maisha Hagan is the owner and head coach at Beauty & the Boss, a professional development and career coaching service for women in male-dominated industries. Prior to starting Beauty & the Boss, Maisha's career was concentrated in the AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) as a professional services marketer, Director and member of an executive leadership team for multi-million dollar companies. Additionally she was recognized as SMPS Arizona Marketer of the Year (2017) and Social Media Campaign of the Year (2016) for Jokake Construction.

Maisha has a passion for people, a mind for business and a gift to teach and has leveraged those strengths into teaching, mentoring, coaching and public speaking opportunities. Clients and partners include City of Phoenix, Arizona State University, Junior League of Arizona, Kimley Horn Consultant Engineers, SMPS Arizona Mentorship Chair (2015-2018), and WTS (Women Transportation Seminar)
