The AEC Industry has not been spared from this challenge, and now most firms are facing the prospect of increasing workloads combined with a shrinking talent pool.

Katie Harris, Cultivate Growth Partners

Katie Harris is a creative, strategic, and driven leader with a passion for making things better today than they were yesterday. Katie has worked in the AEC industry for over 15 years, where she has provided leadership in areas such as marketing, branding, business development, internal communications, recruitment and retention strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business planning. Katie founded Cultivate Growth Partners in 2022, where she is leveraging her expertise to help AEC firms achieve their goals for growth and change. Katie has an undergraduate degree in communications from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Leadership from Concordia University. She is a past president of the SMPS Austin Chapter and served on the SMPS Austin Board for 4 years. She now lives in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona is active in her local SMPS and ULI chapters.
