SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

The SMPS Amplify AEC Conference is the "Industry's Premier Marketing, Business Development & Leadership Experience".

Conferences continue to evolve and SMPS is leading the way. The planning committee is committed to ensuring a wide range of presenters and content and inclusive opportunities to learn and network. The 2026 program will include innovative learning formats, exclusive access to thought leaders, exclusive social and peer recognition events for Fellows, CPSMs, and Chapter Leaders to connect and network with their colleagues. The 2026 experience will be held on July 27-29, 2026 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY AND PROCESS

• SMPS Arizona members are eligible. 
• Previous winners are ineligible for five (5) years, then may apply again.
• Blind evaluation process.
• If an application is incomplete, or if it reveals the applicant’s identity, employer, or co-workers by name in Part II of the application process, it will be disqualified

APPLICATIONS ARE SCORED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING RUBRIC: 

• How has SMPS benefited you both personally and professionally? - 30 points
• What are your top three goals you want to obtain by attending this conference? - 30 points
• SMPS involvement - 30 points
• Overall quality of submittal - 10 points (persuasive, well written, personal)
